How your form data travels
Form submissions are processed and delivered by Resend (resend.com), a third-party email infrastructure provider. When you submit the form, Resend temporarily handles your message to deliver it to our team inbox.
Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by appropriate data processing terms. They do not use your data for their own purposes. You can review Resend's privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
The legal basis for processing your data in this context is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, your interest in receiving a response to the enquiry you chose to submit, and ours in responding to it.
No cookies. Ever.
This website uses PostHog for analytics, configured in cookieless mode. We can see aggregated, anonymous information about how pages are visited — but we cannot identify you, track you across sessions, or link any analytics data to you personally. No cookie consent banner is required, because no tracking cookies are set.
The analytics data we receive helps us understand which pages are most useful and how to improve the site. It contains no personal identifiers and is never linked to your form submission data.
Only as long as necessary
Booking enquiry emails are retained in our team inbox for as long as needed to manage our correspondence with you — typically for the duration of your booking journey and a reasonable period afterward in case of any follow-up.
If your enquiry does not lead to a booking, we will not retain your details beyond what is necessary to handle your request. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see your rights below).
